Here's the deal

With all my bookings cancelled I’m bring forward the digital version of the Get Video Smart program.

I can’t offer money but I can offer my time and my experience to teach someone who wants to learn on the job how to create an online training platform.

If you have time then I am willing to give you some of the best training on content creation, video editing and delivering an online product.

The right person needs to have...

some video, some graphic, some online content creation experience

BUT

this only accounts for 10%. More importantly you need to be 90% enthusiastic learner. I’m not after a great editor. I’m after a great team member.  

• Someone 18-25 (though not a deal breaker) who can smell opportunity. 
• Location does not matter. We are working virtually.
• Can you roll up your sleeves?
• Can you learn unlearn relearn.
• Is your handshake (elbow bump) your word?
• Will you deliver what you say you will deliver on time. 
• Can you start this week and be prepared to work over the April May.
• Can you edit with Camtasia? [the right person could easily download the free trial and the free online tutorials this weekend and apply themselves to learning it this weekend].
• Can you do about 4-6 hours editing a day at times that suit you.

How I will repay you

• You will have1 to 1 online training sessions with me to bring you up to speed.
• I will repay you in mentoring [check out my story and you’ll see there are many ways I can help you] 
• You will gain a skill set that is in demand. There will be many businesses needing to create exactly the same sort of content
• I will repay you with loyalty: I don’t forget those who stepped up to help me.
• I will give you a killer reference if you have earned it. 
• I will go into bat for you if you’re ever stuck and there is some way I can help
• You can use my name and number as a referee and I’ll sing your praises loudly (if you have earned it)
• I am not offering any financial reimbursement.

You will need ...

• to be over 18 years old
• a drive with 1 TB available space
• a computer that handle video editing 
• You need to have the free trial version of Camtasia downloaded … I will provide you with a license key to unlock the full version

Note:

I'm tough but very fair. If you put in more than is asked of you, I'll repay you more than you expect in ways you don't expect. If you think you can coast I'll drop you before you're even aware.
