Short Talks - Insights From a Motivational Speaker

change keynote speaker motivational speaker resilience

I have been booked for 45 minutes and the event is so over time they have asked can I give them 15 minutes.

My talks follow this framework:

-Big problem

-Why it matters to you

-There's a solution I found

-Story 1 + Lesson 1

-Story 2 + Lesson 2

-Story 3 + Lesson 3

-My big insight -How can you apply this insight to your life All that matters to the audience is the insight and how they can use it to improve their lives.

The stories may be entertaining but they have to go. Keep your shortest and ditch the rest (even if they are better stories).

You will be unforgettable to the event planner because you helped them out of a problem. That's how you make it unforgettable.

Remember, it's not about you.
