A Fix For Loom Video App Freezing

My Loom video messaging app opened and it just hung there. I couldn't use it. I couldn't uninstall the app. Arghh.

It has taken me a day to work this out so I'm making this video to save you the frustration and the time.

Turns out the problem was on my computer I had old/unused apps that had a camera. These were still available to Loom as a camera source. I had simply ignored removing them from the list because I had no idea how to.

It seemed Loom got hung up trying to access/cycle past one of these old camera sources. Maybe it became corrupted? Anyway, I removed the deadwood and now Loom works perfectly again.

This is how I removed old cameras from the drop down list. By the way, my Zoom camera dropdown has cleaned up also.
