That's a really good sign that you have something to say that's a little bit different and maybe the WAY you say it is a little bit different too.

When deciding your style, don't make the mistake of thinking you should conform to your industry norms.

No one pays for a speaker to deliver something that could delivered in a training session.

Don't research a target audience so much that you begin to speak and sound like them.

Know your target audience but DON’T BE your target audience.

Remember, why would they pay to hear someone they could just as easily hear at the water cooler?
