Does A Keynote Speaker Need To Be An Expert?

The audience doesn't need me to teach them anything. The conference is full expert industry speakers who will do that.

The audience's problem is that they already know what they SHOULD be doing but they're not doing it.

My job as a motivational speaker is to make them feel differently so they act.

My job as a motivational speaker is to bring an OUTSIDE PERSPECTIVE. They have plenty of inside perspectives.
