How Authentic Should I Be On Video?

Mark Puncher thinks umm and ahh are the most beautiful words in a language. Why then do we feel that when we turn on a camera, we have to be perfect? 

Imagine meeting someone who doesn't blink. It's just weird. But we are encouraged to script and they deliver absolutely perfect videos, which we know isn't perfect because it's not real, it's not human. 

So we need to shift people's mindset that it's not about here's how you master delivery. It's about how you find your own voice and master that.
