What do you do if you don’t have a tripod? 

If you are in a home or office your chances of finding Blu Tac are pretty good (or whatever brand of sticky putty that you attach posters to walls you can find).

A few rolled-up balls placed on each corner of your smartphone will securely hold it to most walls.

Do not do this over concrete!  Do it over the carpet or place a rug, a jacket, something soft directly underneath in case it doesn’t go to plan.

Go make videos.
